STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Client Terms: The client waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if established later. Any exception or modification must be agreed upon in writing prior to sale.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 21 business days unless specified otherwise in the invoice or purchase order.
- Late Payments: Late payments accrue a fixed 10% interest charge on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately without prior notice until payment is cleared.
- Collections: Accounts outstanding beyond 60 days from the due date may be referred to a third-party debt collection agency. The client assumes responsibility for all associated legal fees and collection costs.
- Taxes & Withholdings: Invoice totals represent the net amount due in full. Any local taxes or withholdings required by local laws must be paid directly to the local tax authorities by the client and cannot be deducted from our invoice amount.
- Service Level: We aim to deliver services efficiently and within agreed timeframes; however, our obligations are structured on a best-effort basis rather than a guaranteed result. We are not liable to participate in third-party damage claims brought against the client by end consumers.
- Claims & Dispute Notice: Claims or disputes regarding delivered goods or services must be submitted in writing via registered mail to our registered office within 8 days of delivery or service completion.
- Governing Law: All contractual relations are governed exclusively by applicable local laws.
